Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We come to your home or property, walk the project with you, and leave you with a detailed written estimate. No ballpark numbers over the phone that change later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. OverTop carries commercial general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, so you’re protected while we’re on your property.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship. If a surface we painted peels, blisters or fails because of how it was prepared or applied, we come back and fix it. Full terms are included with your written estimate.
Do you clean up?
At the end of every work day, not just at the end of the job. Tools packed, drop cloths folded, floors clear. You should be able to use your space every evening.
Do you work on commercial properties and HOAs?
Yes. Offices, retail, medical, schools and daycares, churches, restaurants, hotels, auto dealerships, warehouses and multi-building communities. We schedule after-hours and phased work to keep your doors open.
