Is the estimate really free, and really in writing?
Yes to both. We visit the property, walk it with you and leave a written estimate that itemizes prep, protection, paint and clean-up. No ballpark over the phone that changes later.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. OverTop carries commercial general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates are available on request.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship. If a surface we prepared and painted peels, blisters or fails, we come back and make it right. Full terms come with your estimate.
Do you really clean up every day?
Every day. Tools packed, drop cloths folded, floors and walkways clear before we leave. It’s in our code of values, and in your estimate.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through a third-party home-improvement loan partner with programs for all credit types. Ask when you request your estimate.
